asparagus
balsamic vinegar
extravirgin olive oil
salt and pepper
preheat oven 400 degrees
cook asparagus in boiling water for 5 min.
put in an ice bath (bowl with ice and water)
put on a baking sheet (lined with foil)
mix balsamic vinegar and EVOO
top asparagus with balsamic and evoo
season with salt and pepper
